How the enquiry is handled
The form sends your enquiry through an authenticated email service to info@vuewiseglobal.com. Your email is used as the reply address. Hostinger provides website and email infrastructure and may process data needed to operate those services. Access to enquiries should be limited to people handling business communications.
Security and technical information
The website validates form entries, checks a hidden spam field and limits repeated submissions. The endpoint stores timestamps, a hashed IP-based identifier and a hashed enquiry fingerprint in private rate-limit files. Web hosting may also record request information such as IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps and error logs. These measures help operate and protect the service; no system can guarantee absolute security.
Calculator preferences and local storage
The calculator stores only your selected currency code in your browser under vuewise.currency. It reads that preference on later visits. Calculator inputs are calculated in your browser and are not sent to an exchange-rate API. Selecting a currency changes units and formatting only.
You can remove the saved preference through your browser’s site-data controls. The calculator works when local storage is unavailable. A summary is transferred in the demo-page URL only when you choose “Discuss my results”; that URL may appear in browser history and hosting request logs. The summary is not emailed until you submit the form.
Retention
Enquiries should be retained only as long as needed to respond, maintain relevant business correspondence and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. The business must confirm and implement a retention schedule for its mailbox and hosting logs. Duplicate protection uses a ten-minute comparison window; rate-limit files remain on the server until removed through the hosting maintenance process.
